Another Space Marine this week with a quick and easy Terminator Captain. I managed to get this lad painted in a single day over the Easter Bank Holiday.
Dead easy process as usual – Colour Forge Salamanders Green, Base Colours, Wash and then some Highlights. I painted the base about 2 months before I ended up painting up the terminator himself so I do feel the base stands out a little oddly; but overall I am pretty pleased with it.
It continues my attempt at using transfers properly lately – you may have spotted some last week on my attack bike, and I used a couple more here for the two shoulder shield things on this guy. I also tried using some Seafoam contrast paint from Army Painter to add a glow to the power sword – I think it looks alright in person, but it’s pretty hard to pick out in photos!
